Stand & Meeting room Hospitality
Our hospitality service provides a comprehensive range of catering solutions for exhibition stands and meeting rooms, with menus available to review and choose from. From all-day refreshments and light bites to formal dining, hosted services and waiting staff, we can tailor the experience to suit your requirements. For a fully managed solution, dedicated stand management is also available to oversee every aspect of your hospitality. Suitable for any location within the venue, our service can be booked directly with the ELH team.

Stand Delivery catering
A convenient drop-and-go catering service designed for exhibitors, teams and visitors on the stand. Choose from a range of food and beverage packages, snacks, refreshments and essential equipment, including coffee machines and water coolers, all available to pre-order online with flexible delivery times direct to your stand. Our simple self-service solution makes it easy to enjoy quality catering with minimal effort.
Pre-Order Lunch Collection
Stuck on your stand and can't spare the time to queue for lunch? Pre-order lunch for you and your team and collect it at a time that suits you. With a range of healthy, balanced and sustaining options available, it's the perfect way to keep your team fuelled throughout the day without missing valuable time with customers and visitors.

We hope that these menus provide you with a wide choice of options for your guests. If you have bespoke requirements or additional ideas for your event, our chefs and event team would be delighted to discuss this with you.

We will ensure that our catering service compliments the bespoke design of your event. As such, we may require additional service areas to be accommodated within your stands foot print and will discuss the space and any additional costs with you during the planning stages.

The majority of our hospitality menus are inclusive of a level of service staff to deliver your choice of catering. Should you wish to discuss a bespoke service style for your event, please discuss this with the Excel London Hospitality Events team during the planning process. They will advise any additional costs associated with the hire of waiting staff through to senior hospitality managers.
