We are fully committed to achieving Climate Net Zero by 2027. Our action plan is focused on reducing carbon emissions across the whole catering operation at ExCeL London. From carefully selecting locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and minimising food waste, to reducing product packaging and using renewable energy.
