Stand hospitality & events

ExCeL London Hospitality caters for a wide range of events, from executive and customer meetings to on-stand hospitality. We will help you create an experience that attracts visitors and sets your stand apart from the crowd. Our service includes delivery to your stand, providing exceptional food: from lunches to brunches to delicious treats and healthy snacks. We can also provide catering for meetings, receptions and parties during your time exhibiting at ExCeL.

Food & drink boulevard

As well as stand hospitality and delivery we have a number or cafes, food kiosks and bars situated along our main boulevard along with our dine-in restaurant, The Bridge. From authentic Italian pizza, Mexican burritos and American Burgers and Hot Dogs, to our newest addition Poke Bowl, serving up a healthy alterative with freshly made Poke bowls and Ramen. For those in need of a caffeine, hit our HEJ Coffee shops will all your favourite varieties of joe to enjoy alongside freshly made pastries and snacks, available throughout the day.

At HEJ you’ll enjoy locally roasted, sustainable, freshly made coffee made by our expert baristas.

HEJ Coffee was conceived in Sweden and born in Bermondsey. Following a brief marriage to a large Swedish coffee conglomerate, the team left the big corporate world to go back to what they loved most. After the divorce they kept the name, the café and the strong Swedish values. It was the starting point to carry on the dream, continuing their passion for all things coffee.

You’ll find everything you need for when you’re at ExCeL London including a range of hot and cold drinks, fresh pastries, sandwiches and snacks, along with a wide range of handy everyday essentials including toiletries and stationery.

Stand delivery

If you’re looking to offer ‘on-the-go’ food and drink for your customers and team on stand, we provide a range of snacks and refreshments, along with equipment such as coffee machines, water coolers and other essentials. All our products and services are available to pre-order via our online booking site. Climate conscious catering

All menus are designed with our goal of Climate Net Zero in mind. Our menus emphasise plant-based proteins in order to rebalance protein sources. We select ingredients that are both local and seasonal to shorten supply chains and minimise - or offset - our carbon footprint.

Our selection of beverages come from innovative, local and low-carbon companies with whom we’ve partnered. We are committed to using Rainforest Alliance & Fairtrade certified Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa.

Essential information

We hope that these menus provide you with a wide choice of options for your guests. If you have bespoke requirements or additional ideas for your event, our chefs and event team would be delighted to discuss this with you.

  • The final catering numbers are required four weeks before the event. Adjustments can be made up to 5 working days before the event. Any last minute increases or orders placed 5 working days before the event or onsite, would be subject to a 5% increase on current rate card.

  • We will ensure that our catering service compliments the bespoke design of your event. As such, we may require additional service areas to be accommodated within your floor plan and will discuss the space and any additional costs with you during the planning stages.

  • The majority of our menus are inclusive of ExCeL London Hospitality service staff to deliver your choice of catering. Should you wish to discuss a bespoke service style for your event, please discuss this with the ExCeL London Hospitality Events team during the planning process. They will advise any additional costs associated with the hire of waiting staff through to senior hospitality managers.

  • Should you need to cancel your catering with us, we require a written notification. Our full Cancellations Policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions, available upon request.
