Guided by the Levy food philosophy, today's menu has been expertly designed and created by the Excel London Hospitality Culinary Team. Each dish has been designed to celebrate and harness the vibrant flavours of seasonal ingredients at their peak. With a focus on minimising food waste and maximising taste, every element of the menu has been thoughtfully prepared to provide nourishment not just for the body, but also for the heart and mind. It's more than just food; it's a conscious approach to fuelling our bodies, focusing on quality, innovation, and responsibility.

Each item on todays menu has been given a carbon label rating from low to high to reflect the environmental impact of all the combined ingredients, helping you to make an informed choice about the food you eat.

All of today’s dishes are rated A-C.
